Leadership Coaching

Coaching is an integral value-added component for educational leaders.  Leadership coaching is a collaborative process that engages the leader in a one to one relationship with a coach.  This relationship is designed to support professional and personal development allowing the leader to set goals and improve results.  

 

We provide  consistent, high quality coaching that meets the current and future needs of the leaders and will:

  • Drive school improvement

  • Increase the amount of time spent on instructional issues

  • Improve leadership skills

 

To reap the greatest benefits, an individualized coaching plan is developed between the leader and coach consisting of two primary components:

​

  • A specific, detailed plan that serves as an action plan to address the leader’s top priorities for the next 90 days.  (Time frame may vary depending on the start date).  The plan utilizes SMART goals with realistic and tangible outcomes.

  • A leadership action plan that focuses on the development of the leader’s management and leadership capacities and is directly aligned with the 90 day plan.  The leadership action plan includes milestones to measure progress.
