This session will inspire school leaders to develop a strategic change mindset that will sustain the efforts for transformational leadership.

Creating and Sustaining a High-Performance Organization

This session will explore how an organization creates and sustains a winning strategy in an extremely competitive environment. It frames the alignment required across the organization to execute the strategy, including structure, systems, people, process and philosophy.   

 

Creating and Sustaining a High Engagement Culture and Climate

This session will take the perspective of a leader turning around an organization by instilling a sense of purpose and utilizing five core leadership practices that result in a high engagement culture that result in improved performance.

Leading from the Middle

This session explores the challenges of leading from the middle and managing multiple stakeholders that have diverging interests. It focused on how to exert influence and power to get results from whatever role one is in.

 

Effective Leadership Teams

This session will support school leaders in utilizing campus leadership teams to transform change. The participants will participate in identifying their leadership styles which will enhance effective teams.

Leaving no child behind; this session will take school leaders on a path to deepening their mindset for reaching all students to ensure academic success. 

 

Culture and Climate

This session will provide techniques for school leaders to create a climate and culture that supports school improvement efforts.

 

Tipping Point Leadership

This session will provide leaders with a framework and practices for a successful turnaround in a challenging environment with multiple hurdles, including cognitive, political, motivational and resource hurdles.

 

Deepening Data Goals and Targets

This session will embark school leaders on how to develop SMART goals and targets utilizing the district’s in-house data management system and assessments which will provide measures for monitoring and accountability.

 

Enhancing PLC Structure

5 components of PLCS - This session will provide leaders an opportunity to reflect on the instructional practices aligned to interim assessment results and how to maximize the PLC structures for effective change.

 

Root Cause Analysis

This session will provide leaders the mindset, framework and tools for uncovering the root causes of their most vexing problems.  

 

Impactful Conferences

The focus of this session will be on how to deliver effective student and teacher feedback sessions. It will utilize role plays to bring the work to action and allows participants to see effective feedback sessions down to the student level: collaborate with campus leader to identify teacher and student to role play observation and feedback- reviewing an interim and setting goals with the student. 

 

Sustaining Change Efforts

This session will allow school leaders the opportunity to create a sustainable system to ensure improvement efforts continue with a changed mindset and a transformational shift.

 

Leadership Coaching

This session will provide campus leaders skills in leading effective coaching sessions with teachers. The session will include strategies on how to identify and enhance strengths as well as developmental opportunities.

 

Taking Charge

This session will be a capstone exercise where leaders are confronted with a highly charged situation that requires them to step up and take action. It will test their ability to draw upon their leadership philosophy to motivate others to action.
