About Us
VISION
Transform school leaders into catalysts for social and academic equity, ensuring leadership reflects the diversity and limitless potential of every student.
MISSION
Partner with educational leaders to design and implement equitable frameworks that spark systemic growth. By leveraging our unique perspective as a minority-owned firm, we provide the strategic coaching and professional development necessary to transform school cultures and unlock student potential.
PURPOSE
Challenge the status quo. We empower leadership to refocus systems toward equitable access and excellence, ensuring that background and identity never dictate a student’s success.
Our Team
We have two team leaders, Melinda Baiza and Lorna Klokkenga, who have served as individual national consultants for more than ten years. We have a combined 50 years of experience working at school and district levels. Our deep knowledge of the practical implementation of school practices as educators allows us to support leaders in reflective inquiry, systems alignment, and transformation efforts at all the important levels of schoolwork.
